Step 2: Joining Your FCAAE Zoom Class

• Simply click the FCAAE Zoom Class link that you received in your confirmation email. No matter what device you use, it's that easy!
• Where will you find this link?
  • In your FCAAE confirmation email that is automatically sent to your Inbox once your registration is complete. 
  • Your secure FCAAE Zoom Class Link has been added to this email which traditionally contains the date, time and location of your class. 
    
    • Don't see the email in your Inbox? Check your junk/spam folder.
    • Still can't find your confirmation email? Call 412-696-1410 or email director@fcaae.org
• Each FCAAE class will have a unique, password-encoded Zoom link.
  • If your class meets for several weeks, your FCAAE Zoom Class link remains the same for the series.
• Your secure link includes the class name.

  • If you register for more than one FCAAE Zoom class, the name helps you choose the correct link.
• What happens when you click your FCAAE Zoom Class link?
  • For security purposes, you enter the FCAAE Waiting Room for your class.
  • All names in the FCAAE Waiting Room will be checked against the class list before entering the FCAAE Zoom classroom.
• To avoid any delay admitting you into your FCAAE Zoom class, make sure your screen name follows one of these formats:
  1. Your first and last name (Sue Goodwin)
  2. Your first name and last initial (Sue G)
  3. Your first initial and last name (S Goodwin)
