MORE WEEKS! Weekly pick-up basketball games for adult players of all skill levels. Players are divided into new teams of 4-5 players each week. Multiple short games are played each night. Bring a dark and white shirt. Invite your friends.

NEW! Join a physical therapist and learn a controlled strengthening and dynamic balance program that can easily be done at home. This class is designed for adults who want to strengthen their body/core but can’t commit to a weekly class. Learn exercises that will help you stand taller, feel stronger and tone your muscles. Receive personalized guidance, printed exercises. Dress to move; bring water and mat or towel.

Do you want to try yoga but are unsure where to begin? Be gently led through basic poses using proper breathing and relaxation techniques. Learn the practice of yoga and enjoy the benefits to your health and well-being. Bring mat, water. Class size limited.

NEW! Artists of all levels can enjoy the fun, beauty and happy surprise of watercolor painting. Beginners will learn composition, color theory, perspective as well as watercolor techniques. Experienced artists can use class as studio time with personalized guidance. A weekly lesson and demonstration will be followed by one-on-one guided practice. Materials list will be provided at the first class.
